Team Workload Visualizer for Jira ("the app") is built entirely on Atlassian Forge and runs exclusively inside Atlassian's cloud infrastructure. The app has no external servers and transmits no data outside of Atlassian.
When you open the dashboard, the app reads the following data from your Jira site via the Jira Cloud REST API, on your behalf and with your permissions (you only ever see issues and projects you are allowed to see in Jira):
This data is displayed only and never stored by the app. It is fetched fresh on every page load.
The app stores only its own configuration in Forge Storage, hosted by Atlassian within your Atlassian product's data boundary:
No issue data, names, emails or other personal data are persisted. All stored data is deleted by Atlassian when the app is uninstalled.
None. The app declares zero external egress in its Forge manifest, which Atlassian enforces technically: the app cannot send data to any non-Atlassian system. The app contains no analytics, no tracking and no cookies of its own.

The app processes personal data (assignee display names, avatars, account IDs) solely inside Atlassian's infrastructure, under the Atlassian Privacy Policy and your agreement with Atlassian. The app vendor has no access to your data: it never leaves your Atlassian site's boundary.
